What material are your tent frames and are they durable?

Our tent frames are made of high-grade commercial aluminum. The outer legs of the tent measure 40 mm and the inner legs measure 35 mm in diameter.

How will my tent ship? 

Every tent ships in a heavy-duty bag with an integrated wheel kit for safe and easy transport. The tent typically ships via a sea transportation method

Solid-colored tent would need 4 weeks or so for shipment.

All custom tent parcekages will need 6 weeks or so for production and shipment after proof approval.

How many people does it take to set up the tent? 

A 10x10ft tent can be set up by one person, but it’s significantly easier with an extra set of hands. A larger tent requires two to four people to set up due to the weight.

How much wind can the tent handle? 

A 10x10ft tent is wind rated at 35 mph when properly ballasted. Wind ratings vary based on your tent setup. A 10x10 with three sidewalls, for instance, has a lower wind rating because the walls create more friction against the wind.
